Comfort Food - Pork Soup with peanuts
Arghh.. i just lovvveeee this simple pork soup with peanut and salted vege... Especially when the day is wet and cold :D

selalu juak try polah tok, tp sik juak sesedap mak aku mpun, something wrong ngan kacang ku, sik pande empuk2..haha
Wah...almost a coincidence. yesterday, my wife cooked pork soup with salted vege. for our dinner. Whoa!
lyvnana : the first time aku try polah sendirik pun kacangnya lambat empuk. tok the second time aku coba masak. masa start boiling, terus masuk kacang. aku make sure after 15min boil, masak medium guna fire with half cover lid. perfect woo.. mun sik nanya apa rahsia your mother. aku pun kadang2 byk dpt useful tips dari mak aku :D
Willie : haha! actually i cooked this last week, posted it now just to keep my blog going. hot soup in cold raining days!
I prefer it minus the ground nuts.. anyway.. its still Yummm!!!
i'm a nutty person, i like loads of peanut in my food, eg nasi lemak :D
tedah ...aku sorang jak la sik makan soup ya ...tapi rupa nya tang nyaman jak dear hoh ..
sinei u pegi tek nurenjel.. lamak menar menghilang.. aok eh. nyaman nang nyaman.. mungkin boleh ganti ayam or beef. sik pernah juak aku coba kedak ya..
